What you'll bring
- We are looking for a Journeyman Electrician with extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-family electrical systems.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician in commercial construction.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and implement work from blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Electrical Expertise: Proficiency in switchgear installation, control wiring, and advanced wire-pulling methodologies.
- Code Knowledge: Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Tools: Ownership of Journeyman Electrician tools.
- Work Schedule: Must be able to attend on-site daily assignments without exception.
- Special Systems Background: Familiarity with low-voltage systems such as fire alarms, sound systems, and data cabling is preferred.
- Certifications: Preference for OSHA 30, Lifts and Boom certification (training available for the right candidate).
- Hands-on experience with high-rise or data center projects.
- Cad-welding expertise for switchgear installations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
