About the role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Support Associate Tech Trainee to join our growing team in a dynamic, early-stage environment. This is not a traditional warehouse role—you’ll play a key part in both operational execution and technical support , working closely with our Head Technician and Logistics Lead. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, technical problem-solving, and process improvement , and who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving setting. You’ll contribute directly to ensuring our equipment is organized, functional, and ready for customers .

What you'll bring

• Experience & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control
• Proven ability to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes with accuracy
• Strong technical aptitude
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take ownership in a fast-changing environment
• Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate closely across technical and operations functions
• Process-driven, with an interest in identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows
• Experience with coffee equipment, appliances, or mechanical systems
• Genuine interest in or passion for coffee
