About the role

Provide strategic and operational financial support to the Finance team through consolidated financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and modeling. This role plays a key part in driving business performance, supporting decision-making, and enabling profitable growth across the organization. Please note: This is a remote role, we will be considering candidates located in the United States.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Availability to travel up to 25%, including visits to the Costa Rica HQ.
