About the role
As a Manager on our Office of the CFO team, you will lead full-lifecycle Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, guiding clients through discovery, design, build, and enablement with precision and strategic insight. What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or EPM consulting.
- Hands-on experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights), including configuration, integrations, and model/template design.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client relationship skills.
- CPA, CMA, or relevant Workday Adaptive certification.
- Experience serving closely held, private equity-backed, or publicly traded operating companies.
- Familiarity with adjacent finance technologies (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, close management, and BI/reporting tools).
- Experience with change management and finance operating model design.
