About the role

As such, we are seeking to hire Systems Engineers with experience in modeling and simulation environments . This role will drive the design, and integration of complex systems using advanced models and tightly coupled software toolchains. This role bridges architecture planning and development to ensure a seamless "digital thread" from concept through production.

What you'll bring

• · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar
• · 5+ years leading projects employing Digital/Systems Engineering
• · Solid understanding of systems lifecycle processes
• · Ability to develop systems deliverables, to include requirements, CONOPs, APIs, IDD/ICDs, SDDs, test plans/procedures
• · Ability to work closely with software engineers to evolve the systems architecture
• · Ability to analyze problems with a flexible and creative approach, manage complex tasks and adapt to rapidly changing requirements
• · Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and implement in a dynamic environment
• · Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-facing skills
• · Current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
• · Experience with GOTS MS&A tools (AFSIM, EWIRDB/TMAP, NGTS, OneSAF or similar)
• · Experience with LVC environment and tools
• · Experience with COTS MS&A tools: MATLAB, Ansys Minerva, AGI STK, ModelCenter, or similar)
