About the role

The CAD Drafter is responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining accurate technical drawings and construction documentation to support design and project delivery activities. Working closely with architects, engineers, designers, project managers, and construction teams, this role ensures drawings and models are produced in accordance with project requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations. What you'll bring
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Design, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in CAD drafting within architecture, engineering, construction, facilities, or related industries.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and other drafting or modeling software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or BIM platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of drafting principles, construction documentation standards, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing drawing revisions, documentation, and quality control processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
