We are seeking full-time customer service professionals who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Case Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients facing challenging and often traumatic situations. Your role is pivotal in offering support and reassurance from the moment they reach out to us. The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST. This position requires active employment with full weekend availability.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced office environment.
- Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Must thrive both in a team environment and when working independently.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications.
