About the role
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, takes pride in noticing the little things, and wants to play a direct role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you like variety in your day, enjoy solving problems, and care deeply about quality, this could be a great fit. As one of our boots-on-the-ground team members, you will travel to multiple Hallson properties throughout the day to inspect homes before guest arrivals, identify maintenance or cleanliness issues, restock supplies, and support our cleaning teams through training and feedback. This is not a desk job. It is an active, hands-on role for someone who loves moving, improving systems, and helping a fast-paced hospitality team succeed.
What you'll bring
- Experience cleaning, inspecting, or managing short-term rental properties
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using company apps and systems such as Slack and Breezeway
- Strong organization and time management skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have hands-on experience cleaning, inspecting, or managing STR properties and be proficient in using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Ability to navigate company communication apps, including Slack and Breezeway.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
