About the role
The Client Services Representative – Fulfillment & Close position is responsible for the quality review of documents for the Private Banking loan process and provides exemplary service and support to our clients and internal partners. The job is a demanding one that requires extreme attention to detail and an acute awareness and understanding of the documents to be reviewed. This position must partner effectively with the full Sales organization, Portfolio Management, Internal and External Counsel, Compliance, and all other authorized parties affiliated with Private Banking loan documentation in order to deliver a premier client experience. The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- including 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred
