About the role
We are seeking a Network Engineer who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining customer network infrastructure across our managed services portfolio. This is a remote role based in the Denver metro area, with on-site customer support as needed.
What you'll bring
- 1–3 years in networking or IT support roles.
- Core Networking: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Hardware: Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Fortinet equipment.
- Systems & Cloud: Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and AWS (or other cloud platforms).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service communication skills.
- must be based in the Denver metro area for occasional on-site customer visits.
