As an IT team member, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve – now and in the future. In this role, you will support the governance and operational management of the cybersecurity program. Working closely with cybersecurity leaders and team members, you will help coordinate program activities, maintain reporting and metrics, support policy and regulatory processes, and contribute to the successful execution of cybersecurity initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in developing program management, governance, and cybersecurity experience while helping drive operational excellence across the organization. - Experience supporting projects, programs, PMO functions, or operational initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel or Power BI.
- CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification preferred.
