About the role
Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced ERCES/BDA Systems Technician with programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting capabilities and experience. This position will work closely with our sales team, field project teams, and clients to ensure a sound design, and seamless installation and commissioning of our ERCES solutions. This is a key position for our growing team and requires attention to detail in all aspects of executing projects. Customer and employee interface requires a high degree of effective human relations. Communication skills, both verbal and written, are important elements of the position.
What you'll bring
- GROL FCC license is a plus.
- Strong social skills, specifically in the areas of service, coordination, persuasion, and instruction.
- Skilled in complex problem solving.
- Technical skills, and an understanding of ERCES design.
- System certifications for products represented by Sciens, and for products of other manufacturers similar to those represented by Sciens.
