About the role
The Senior Delivery Manager provides leadership and oversight for the delivery of architecture, engineering, and operations services across DISAs SharePoint and Dynamics CRM environments. This role ensures all objectives from task areas are achieved within the defined scope, budget, and schedule. The Senior Delivery Manager serves as the primary liaison between contractor staff, DoD stakeholders, and mission partners, ensuring disciplined governance, risk management, and technical excellence. The Sr. Delivery Manager manages the project work as defined by the client contract. Leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects and also manages the factfinding, analysis and development of hypothesis/conclusions, production of final reports and delivery of presentations. This is an onsite position located within the National Capital Region. Individuals must reside within a commutable distance in order to work onsite full time.
What you'll bring
- Education/Experience: BA/BS in a technical discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering).
- Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.
- Certifications: PMP
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing enterprise IT programs or modernization projects within DoD or federal environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Supervise and mentor technical teams across SharePoint, CRM, and cloud migration efforts.
- Coordinate collaboration between architecture, engineering, and operations staff.
- IAM III certification preferred: CASP+, CISSP, CISM, or other 8140 IAM certification.
- ITIL, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
- This position is part of a pipeline for a future opportunity supporting a DoD customer.
