About the role
The candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the ICP Portfolio containing cost-type contracts with projected annual sales of ~$60M. The candidate’s responsibilities include the day-to-day execution of various external customer and internal programs, managing all aspects of Earned Value (EVMS), Estimates at Completion (EACs), proposal support, funding analysis, cash management and invoicing, staffing and resources, and leading a team of financial professionals. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to one of these locations: Andover, MA; Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; or McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being provided. - The Land and Air Defense (LADS) team at Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join the Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) Product Area as the ICP Business Manager (M4).
- The position will provide a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven finance professional.
- This position requires proactive leadership and interaction with Program Area Directors, Program Managers, functional partners, and customer representatives from finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, execution, and financial objectives.
- The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as the ability to multitask across program requirements.
- This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize and present information to all levels of management.
