This position requires deep knowledge of human and mouse immunology, proven expertise in multi-color flow cytometry and biochemical techniques (antibody conjugation to fluorochromes) and a strong background in quantitative cell biology,.

What you'll bring

• BS/MS level education in immunology, cell biology or related fields required 3-6 years of experience in laboratory work in academic or industry setting
• Extensive experience with cell biological techniques such as cell culture (cell lines as well as primary immune cells), cell isolation from human blood and mouse tissues, immune-staining for multi-color flow assays is required
• Expertise in the operation and maintenance of flow cytometers
• Experience with flow data analysis using FlowJo or Cytobank
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborative skills and effective partnering skills in a matrix-environment
• Strong data organization and analysis skills
• Strong communication skills and abilities work in a fast-paced matrix environment
• Expertise in the operation and maintenance of microscopes (time-lapse and confocal).
• Expertise in biochemical assays using MSD and Octet platforms
• Open to learning assays for biomarker analysis using mass spectrometry
