About the role
Job Title: Application Architect Mainframe -Legacy Job Description Candidate will have the responsibility to define the architecture, and working closely with project team to ensure the integrity, making sure application is meeting SLAs and fixing the critical Performance or road blocking issues quickly.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions
- Mastery of all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices
- Works closely with client technical staff to ensure solutions fit their strategy
- Define and management of Non-functional Requirements
- Define, organization & estimation of development tasks
- Ensure the integrity and quality of development
- Reviewing & mentoring the team – if needed on new stack
- Reviewing / defining enterprise architecture
- Strong expertise in the below technologies
- o VAX/VMS
- o COBOL (Mainframe)
- o Oracle
