About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Application Support Specialist to assist with integrations, data flows, and day-to-day system operations across our core business applications. This role focuses on monitoring and maintaining existing integrations, supporting data, and assisting with basic system administration tasks. This is an early-career to mid-level role best suited for someone with foundational experience in SQL, integrations, and applications who is looking to grow their skills in integrations and platform support.

What you'll bring

• 2–4 years of experience in integration or application support.
• Working knowledge of SQL (joins, filtering, basic transformations).
• Exposure to integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar (hands-on or support experience).
• Exposure to and experience in configuring and managing a Policy Administration System.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills and ability to work independently.
• The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST, authentication concepts).
• Experience in insurance or regulated industries is a plus.
• Exposure to data warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, fact/dimension tables).
