About the role

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatrist to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis — focused solely on patient care, with no supervisory duties. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care to children, adolescents, and/or adults on a flexible, as-needed basis. This is a clinical-only role without administrative or supervisory responsibilities.

What you'll bring

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing with a psychiatric specialization (PMHNP-BC).
• Active Maryland RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active Maryland medical license.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly within a team environment.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient psychiatric experience preferred.
