About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist is an office based position and will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team by owning key processes and tools that drive efficiency and performance. This role is responsible for the health of our sales pipeline, managing enablement tools, optimizing sales processes, and providing essential support to sales leadership. This is an office based role and requires reporting to our HQ in Baltimore daily.

What you'll bring

• Proficiency in Salesforce and creating reports
• Comfortable with data collection, cleaning and visualization
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to adapt quickly yet still deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving, energetic environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• BA/BS in Management Info Systems, Data Science, Business Technology, Business Analytics or related field or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years’ experience in a sales operations or data analytics role
• Salesforce Certifications preferred
