About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the financial and operational performance and strategic business decisions for our manufacturing sites. This individual will provide supply chain finance leadership to one of the Ecolab North America plants. This role reports into a Sr. Finance Manager of Manufacturing and is part of a team supporting multiple facilities. This position will have a seat in the Naperville, IL office with weekly onsite work expectations at the Bedford Park, IL plant location The pay range for this position is . Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
- To meet customer requirements and comply with local or state regulations, applicants for certain customer-facing roles may need to:
- Undergo additional background screens and/or drug/alcohol testing for customer credentialing.
- MBA, CPA, CMA
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2 years of experience in cost accounting
- Proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion, Blackline
- TPM/Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and Green or Black Belt certification
- Strong change management skill set and leadership capability
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and practices
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance, influence management, and lead change
