About the role
We are looking for a Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget, and that exceed client expectations.
What you'll bring
- At least five years of relevant experience as a Superintendent
- Must have a proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
- Capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
- 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
- preferably in interior, high-end commercial general contracting
