About the role

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the role of Diffusion Equipment Maintenance Technician supporting our wafer fabrication facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors. What you'll bring

• Education Requirements
• AS or AA in electrical, mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
• define and implement solutions.
• Demonstrable knowledge of pneumatic, vacuum, hydraulic, and robotic systems
• Understanding and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Must have knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.
