About the role
The HR Business Partner is fully accountable for the implementation of HR-related processes, practices, policies and outcomes within the assigned business unit(s). We are looking for a down-to-earth, approachable individual with the strength of character to make important decisions while fostering the best possible environment for our people. The HRBP provides input to the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the need of the business, associates, and managers with the strategic goals.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Min 5 years recent exp. in Human Resources in a distribution environment
- Min 2 years as an HR Business Partner
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Manager position
- Experience in resolving complex associate relations issues.
