About the role
DTAC (Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers) is expanding—and we’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about helping adolescents heal and thrive. In this role, you’ll work in a Male Adolescent Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) supporting youth ages 11–17 with complex behavioral health needs. This is more than a nursing position—it’s an opportunity to create lasting change in the lives of young people through trauma-informed, therapeutic care.
What you'll bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Adolescent behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
- Residential treatment or crisis stabilization
- Trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques
- Working with high-acuity youth populations
