About the role
We are seeking an experienced Revit Electrical Lead Modeler to take ownership of the BIM model on assigned projects from kickoff through coordination closeout. The Lead Modeler is the primary BIM point of contact on the project — responsible for model quality, coordination execution, and direct interface with project management and field teams. This role also directs the work of Support Modelers and plays a key role in developing our ‘Associate’ team members. What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Revit electrical modeler in a BIM coordination environment
- Strong proficiency in Revit, eVolve MEP, AUTODESK Forma, and Navisworks Manage
- Experience coordinating with multiple trades in a BIM environment
- Strong understanding of electrical construction, installation sequencing, and prefabrication processes
- Ability to direct, review, and mentor Associate and Support Modelers
- Strong communication skills with project managers, general foremen, and trade partners
- Ability to manage project responsibilities within scope, budget, and schedule
