As an RN MDS Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—ensuring accurate assessments, supporting care planning, and helping our residents achieve their highest quality of life.

What you'll bring

• Current RN license in the State of Maryland
• MDS certification or proven experience completing MDS assessments
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting required
• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
• able to maintain confidential information
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
