About the role

This team member will ensure the safety and tranquil stay of resort guests and employees, to enforce the policies and procedures of the hotel and to record in writing any assigned task. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.

What you'll bring

• · Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• · Available for AM & PM shifts
• · Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• · Must have basic computer knowledge.
• · Must be able to reach various areas of the hotel/resort at a rapid pace if necessary.
• · Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• · Must have valid driver's license in with a driving record in good standing.
• · Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
