About the role

This Senior Director-level role is chartered to both lead the well-managed strategy and delivery for a major business unit and transform well-managed practices to a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence that enables best-in-class performance, transparency and operational confidence that unlocks innovation and speed to market for the business. This includes direct operating accountability for critical business operating processes including terms and account closures, and is on the front lines for evaluating and mitigating risk related as well as interfacing directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators. Going forward, leading this team will require an inspiring leader who can develop a clear vision and tangible design for a destination-state well-managed architecture and operating model as a part of a broadly reimagined requirements and risk management ecosystem. Further, This leader will be charged with defining and executing delivery and change management to that destination across people, process, and technology - while actively operating and supporting the business on an ongoing basis. Success in this role will require close partnership with risk partners as well as second and third line teams and broader relationships with partners and stakeholders across the organization and business unit. This role will lead a team of approximately 14 direct and indirect reports, focused on critical operations and strategic transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
