About the role

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Utility Technician based in Richmond, VA. You’ll coordinate and undertake a range of maintenance activities within defined operating procedures, conduct safety inspections and comply with Aggreko's safety regulations. Provide first level technical advice to customers and may resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems.

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience working in a yard or warehouse.
• Excellent customer service skills

• Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance
• Able to work overtime, travel and on-call
• Availability to work the assigned schedule, travel to work locations (if needed) and be on standby for work outside of regularly scheduled shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time
• and be able to walk over uneven terrain with functional balance that does not require any special assistive devices
• Must be able to move the extremities and spine through a functional range of motion that will permit work to be safely performed from ground / floor level to full overhead level
• Must have good finger dexterity to manipulate small items, functional hand-eye coordination, and functionally grip with adequate strength to safely hold tools and stair railing or ladders
