About the role
Nippon Shokken U.S.A., This position involves 80% travel within your assigned Chicago-area territory and 20% office work. You'll build relationships with new and existing customers, introduce our premium sauces and seasonings to American food businesses, and help expand our presence beyond our traditional Asian customer base.
What you'll bring
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Comfortable with 80% travel throughout the Chicago and its neighboring States
- Able to lift 40+ lbs (product samples and materials)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Valid driver license & own transportation
- Preferred to have sales experience in food industry
