About the role

The Digital Product Manager II owns medium-to-large digital products or service areas with measurable customer and business impact. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, identifying new opportunities, and translating customer needs, market trends, emerging technologies, and modern e-commerce practices into meaningful product experiences. This role requires a forward-looking product leader who can challenge existing assumptions, bring new perspectives to established problems, and identify opportunities to improve how customers discover, shop, enroll, subscribe, and engage digitally. The Product Manager II drives roadmap delivery and stakeholder alignment across multiple domains while serving as both a leader of execution and a mentor. This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.
