About the role
We are hiring an Associate General Counsel to support Pacifico's growing portfolio of power generation and data center infrastructure projects. This role partners closely with the development, finance, operations, HR, and executive leadership teams to advance projects from concept through construction and operations, and to support the commercial and corporate transactions that drive the business forward. The position serves as a hands-on legal partner across commercial contracting, project development, and corporate matters, while coordinating with outside counsel on specialized workstreams including financing, M&A, real estate, regulatory, and litigation. The role is well suited to a business-minded attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable balancing legal rigor with practical, solutions-oriented advice.
