Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Coordinator/Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team. We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive professional who takes pride in producing exceptional work, thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and enjoys collaborating with technical teams to develop winning proposals. We are looking for high energy, creative, flexible, patient, self-starters who are willing to work at a dynamic pace.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of experience in proposal development required
• Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and excellence.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills, particularly for technical and client-focused narratives.
• Excellent organizational and workload management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions independently.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams and colleagues.

• Experience with Kantiv or similar AI-powered proposal development tools is a plus.
