What you'll bring
- Workers' Compensation Expertise: Several years of dedicated experience in workers' compensation, with the ability to contribute immediately without extensive training.
- Independent Worker: Ability to own and manage the firm's workers' compensation department, proactively managing cases and following through consistently.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfort with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and other document management systems
- willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated skills in written communication, prompt responsiveness, and documentation of conversations to keep clients informed.
