About the role
The Contract and Litigation Paralegal provides substantive legal and administrative support across multiple functions, including contract lifecycle management and litigation support. This role works closely with in-house counsel to draft, review, and track contracts, while also assisting with case management, discovery, and preparation for active or pending litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing competing deadlines across both transactional and litigation workstreams, and able to work independently with sound judgment on matters of moderate complexity.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 4–6 years of paralegal experience, with demonstrated experience in both contracts/transactional work and litigation support.
- Working knowledge of civil procedures, e-discovery tools (e.g., DocuSign).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- comfortable learning new legal technology platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
- Notary Public certification a plus.
