About the role

Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Reset Behavior! As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions in homes, schools, and community settings. Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll help kids develop essential life skills, improve behaviors, and thrive in their environments.

What you'll bring

• Full Time: Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 6:30pm
• Part Time: 20 hours a week minimum
• Please note that our entire team, including our RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative staff, is available Monday through Thursday from 7:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• We are closed on Friday and weekends and do not provide ABA therapy sessions on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Must already be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB Board
• Have a Nevada RBT State License
• Pass the Nevada Child Abuse and Neglect Registry (CAN) Background Screening
• CPR / BLS Certification
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Las Vegas area.
• A degree (or are you working toward one) in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism or special needs.
