Martin Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing Critical Projects Group supporting complex concrete construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex . This is an exciting opportunity for a proven construction leader who excels at managing multiple projects, developing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of commercial concrete construction—from preconstruction through project closeout—while providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. This position is based in Dallas, Texas , and requires working onsite at active construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead, manage, and coordinate multiple commercial concrete construction projects while collaborating closely with operations leadership, field teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
