About the role

As a Project Manager (PM) at Loenbro , you will be an essential part of our project team leading the delivery of next generation hyperscale and AI data center campuses supporting cloud, AI, and high-performance computing workloads. This role provides full lifecycle ownership of mission-critical infrastructure projects from site development through commissioning and turnover along with successful execution of several projects. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.

What you'll bring

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent and 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Electrical Data Center construction industry or large-scale industrial facilities required.
• Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants with a National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E or OSHA Certification are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants with prior experience utilizing PM software and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6 are encouraged to apply.
