About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Denver-area team, delivering cost management services across complex projects and programs. Our team supports major capital investments within the data center, mission critical, corporate real estate, and infrastructure sectors, providing cost management, commercial management, project controls, and advisory services throughout the full project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial outcomes, partnering with clients from project inception through completion while contributing to the continued growth of our regional business. As a trusted client-facing advisor, you will help drive successful project delivery through strategic commercial leadership, technical expertise, and value-driven cost management solutions.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry.
- Experience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
- Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
