The Talent Acquisition function at Thornton Tomasetti is a strategic partner to the business, focused on leveraging leading technology and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across our global offices. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, shaping hiring strategies and delivering high-impact talent solutions. You will lead complex, full-cycle recruitment efforts, proactively engage top-tier talent, and play a key role in building diverse, high-performing teams. This role is critical in driving business growth while delivering best-in-class experience for both hiring managers and candidates. We are a self-sourcing Talent Acquisition team, proactively identifying and engaging exceptional talent to support our rapidly growing engineering teams.
What you'll bring
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on complex or senior-level hiring
- Proven track record of direct sourcing and successfully closing high-quality candidates (in-house or consultancy)
- Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights to inform hiring strategies
- Experience working in fast-paced
