About the role

In this role, you will support critical quality management processes, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams, and help ensure systems, documentation, and production activities meet the highest standards. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and mission-ready performance.

What you'll bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or technical support role
• Familiarity with basic root cause analysis methods such as 5 Whys or Fishbone.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with document control systems, ERP systems, or quality data tracking tools preferred.
• Certification or training in quality (e.g., Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt)
• preferably in aerospace or a regulated environment.
