About the role
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an APM (Assistant Project Manager) to support the successful planning and execution of data center development and construction projects across Rowan Digital Infrastructure’s growing portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional partners. The APM will assist with project coordination, reporting, schedule tracking, and issue resolution to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is eager to build a strong foundation in large-scale infrastructure project delivery while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility over time
- Familiarity with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects is a plus but not required
- experience with document control and project management software is a plus (Procore, P6)
