We specialize in marketing, sales, and installation of residential replacement windows, entry doors, siding, gutters, and gutter protection. Our marketing department specializes in running face-to-face marketing campaigns where we proactively work in the local community to generate interest in our products. Through venues, events, home shows and door-to-door canvassing we generate interest with homeowners about the benefits of replacement windows and offer them a free no obligation estimate. Universal Windows Direct is seeking a Field Market Manager to lead our canvassing and home show program.
What you'll bring
- One year of management experience in door-to-door / canvassing / face-to-face marketing.
- One year of recruiting experience.
- Self-starter with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives.
- Excellent training/coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
