About the role

In this role, you will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day property management operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and property administration. What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Familiarity with HUD Property Based Section 8.
• Ability to work some weekends as required.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Up to 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse residents, colleagues, and vendors.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or other property management software.
