What you'll bring
- Prior experience with student housing is a must
- 1+ years experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms operations (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer orientation
- Excellent capability in quick learning and pressure handing
- A basic understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law, Residential Real Estate Law and related lawsuits
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and Google Suites
- Proven working experience as a leasing agent is preferred
