About the role
Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at our Corporate Center on Fletcher Avenue. This is a fully on-site position requiring regular collaboration with Finance leadership and departments throughout the organization. The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making by analyzing financial, payer, and operational data. This position is based at the Tampa Family Health Centers Corporate Center located at 302 West Fletcher Avenue in Tampa . This is a full-time, fully on-site position and is not structured as a remote or hybrid opportunity.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an on-site team.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at the Fletcher Corporate Center.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Healthcare, managed care, payer, or Federally Qualified Health Center experience.
