IronWatch Security is excited to partner with ID.me in our search for qualified unarmed Security Guards to protect and secure restricted areas. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of the facilities and ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors. We are seeking vigilant, trustworthy, and customer-focused individuals who can manage access control, uphold company policies, and respond efficiently to emergency situations. What you'll bring

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security position (law enforcement or military experience accepted)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• Ability to work 8 - 12-hour shifts
• DCJS certification as an unarmed security guard (01E) or prior law enforcement/military experience (DCJS certification required upon hire if not already held)
• Training in self-defense or physical intervention techniques
• Prior experience working in restricted or secured areas
• Prior experience in data center or facility security
