This leadership role is responsible for defining and driving marketing strategy and prioritization. You will lead a team of product marketers with a strong focus on acquisition, developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, and optimizing performance to deliver measurable, sustainable growth. Your core focus will be to shape the strategic direction of marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities. You will champion a continuous test-and-learn agenda, driving improvements in marketing initiatives and strategically allocating marketing investments to achieve efficient Cost per Account (CPAs). This includes ideating, planning, launching, measuring, and optimizing marketing campaigns. As the leader of the marketing budget, you will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Risk, and Analytics teams, to champion strategic initiatives and drive impactful growth. Your strategic vision and prioritization skills will be critical in setting the pace for future success.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
- 8 years of relevant work experience in financial services with hands-on experience in conversion channels.
- 3 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Product Marketing, including developing marketing plans, performance reporting, and driving incremental growth.
- Skilled in collaborating with key partners and stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing work to achieve strategic goals.
- Ability to analyze data from a variety of resources to support marketing decisions and alignment with key stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audiences.
