As a Assistant Store Manager on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, representing a prestigious brand. Hill House is seeking a Assistant Store Manager to help lead the retail team at our NorthPark Center store and become a pivotal part of our Hill House family. In this role, you'll serve not only as a brand ambassador but also as a key player in building relationships, both internally and externally, to cultivate an unparalleled service culture while coaching and mentoring a passionate team of associates. This is a full-time position with a retail schedule (including weekends).
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the retail industry
