What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience in GVP (Genesys Voice Portal) development
- At least 3 years of experience in JAVA, J2EE development
- Exposure to Routing Strategies like IRD, ORS is a Plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in Software Development and Designing.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Communication and Analytical skills
- Experience in Avaya
- VXML technology and SQL is a Plus.
